About Eyes & Ears, LLC
Eyes & Ears was the first and remains the most experienced and comprehensive private Owner Property Inspection firm in Corolla, and now with operations in Dare County serving Nags Head, Kitty Hawk & KDH. Our services cover the full range of worries, questions, issues, and opportunities that our customers around the world need to get the “Peace of Mind” so much needed by property owners who can’t just “pop down” for a visit.
Mike, the founder & Managing Partner of Eyes & Ears of Currituck County is a year-round resident of Corolla and has decades of experience in advanced home maintenance, both as a professional employee of rental/property management firms on the Outer Banks and as a remote landlord for properties “up North.” He has worked as an owner representative, maintenance coordinator, and maintenance tech servicing properties between South Nags Head and Corova; done housekeeping work; rental property inspections; and “emergency” work for property owners.
Gordon, Managing Owner/Partner of Eyes & Ears of Dare County is a year-round resident of Nags Head. Gordon earned his stripes as an OBX rental property owner, owner or executive with several lighting & electrical firms, and while a rental property owner & customer of Eyes & Ears he volunteered (or was drafted) to lend a hand to E&E in times of need. Gordon is also a certified Mold Detection Specialist (NY) and brings impartial & honest mold risk assessments to all E&E customers.
Eyes & Ears is not licensed to do plumbing, electrical, structural repairs or work that requires a professional certification. However, if we can fix it, we will. And if we can’t help directly we will assist in finding a trusted vendor who can. From furniture repair to plumbing to septic field work, we have the local connections and relationships to get things done. The vendors we recommend have worked at our own homes or have proven themselves at customer properties.
Since Mike lives in Corolla & Gordon in Nags Head, Eyes & Ears will be at your property every week — in season and out of season — to make sure your investment protected.
